WeakAuras is a highly customizable display framework that lets you track buffs, debuffs, cooldowns, resources, and procs through visual icons, bars, or animations — all on a clean overlay you design yourself.
For Priests specifically, WeakAuras handles things the default UI misses entirely:
- ✅ Atonement tracking for Discipline healers
- ✅ Voidform / Insanity management for Shadow
- ✅ Prayer of Mending jump tracking for Holy
- ✅ Power Infusion cooldown alerts
- ✅ DoT timers, buff uptimes, and proc windows
Instead of building your own from scratch, you import ready-made packs from Wago.io — the go-to community hub for WeakAura strings.
How to Install Priest WeakAuras — Step by Step
🛠️ Before importing any pack, make sure the WeakAuras addon itself is installed and up to date via CurseForge or the Wago App.
- Install the WeakAuras 2 addon from CurseForge.
- Log into World of Warcraft and type /wa in chat to open the WeakAuras panel.
- Go to Wago.io, find your preferred Priest pack, and click the copy button to grab the import string.
- Back in-game, click Import (top-left of the WA panel), then paste with Ctrl+V.
- Click Import Group in the confirmation window.
- Drag the auras to your preferred screen position and you’re done.
⚡ Tip: If you change talents, type /reload in chat afterward so WeakAuras recognises the new setup.
WeakAuras for Priest — WoW Classic & Hardcore

Core things to track: Shadow Weaving stacks, Mind Flay clipping prevention, Vampiric Embrace uptime, and Shadowfiend cooldown.
Holy & Discipline Priest WeakAuras — WoW Classic
Track Power Word: Shield cooldown, Weakened Soul debuff, Prayer of Mending stacks, and Inspiration proc. Missing buff reminders for Fort and Divine Spirit are also essential for raid nights.
